We welcome the morning sun with yoga and offer daily guided yoga practice.
The message of our being is reflected in our body. Through yoga we exercise to direct us – our thoughts, our body, and our feelings – towards oneness. Asana is sometimes translated as “easy, comfortable”. We practice asana positions, in which our bodies become kind of statues and we can experience calmness, sensitivity, and lightness.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
