After evening meditation until breakfast is finished the following day we keep silent at the Mindful Camp. If you wish to share words in this period with someone we invite you to meet at the Mindful Camp fireplace or tea room. Both inner calmness and candor towards us can be established by silence. We need silence to listen to our feelings, thoughts, judgments, complexes and perceptions. When in silence – having a break from self-display – we become increasingly aware of our own speaking within ourselves and towards others. Remaining in silence gives us a chance to influence inner dialogues by our will. In order to experience silence everyone needs to take part.
